Information and requests:

- The apartments are completely furnished for an enjoyable holiday
- The number of people, who lodge in the apartment cannot be more than those mentioned in the    confirmation letter
- To fix the reservation we need a deposit of 50% of the total staying ( bank details: BAN:    IT69T06045583400000001 50000 - SWIFT: CRBZIT2B075 )
- We inform our guests that the bill has to be paid on the arrival day. We do not accept credit cards
- Check - in: after 16.00; in case of delayed arrival ( after 19.00 ) we ask you kindly to inform us
- Check - out: within 10.00
- On your arrival date we ask you to leave us a caution money of euro 100,00 in cash. After an ok by checking the appartments this caution wll be returned. For the final cleanse we charge a fee of 35,00 Euro. The cleanliness ot the kitchen is not included in the price and must be cleaned by the lodger. In case that the cleaning of the kitchen should be done by us, a fee of 28,00 Euro will  be detrayed from the caution.
